What is your MOQ and can we order a trial batch?
MOQ and trial-batch terms depend on the grade and your destination — tell us your product and target volume in the inquiry and we quote accordingly. Trial orders are a normal way to validate a grade before a bulk commitment.
Do you provide free samples before a bulk order?
Samples are available on request and ship with a matching batch COA, so qualification tests run on the actual material; sample quantity and freight terms are agreed on request.
What about payment terms, trade terms (FOB/CIF) and lead time?
FOB/CIF and payment terms are discussed per order based on product, volume and destination, and production lead time is quoted together with the offer. Include your destination port in the inquiry and we come back with concrete terms.
Can you issue a factory invitation letter for a visa?
Yes — invitation letters for visa applications are arranged for confirmed audit visits. Mention it in your inquiry with your planned travel dates and the team coordinates the letter, pickup and itinerary.
