Product & Grades
What viscosity grades do you produce?
Our M series covers the full low-to-high viscosity range (M5–M1000), alongside X series specialty grades and C series high-purity grades, plus sheet-form specialty cotton pulp. The right grade depends on your end product and process — see our viscosity grade selection guide, or tell us your target viscosity for a recommendation.
What is the difference between refined cotton and specialty cotton pulp?
Both are cotton-based purified cellulose. Refined cotton is supplied as loose floc in bales and feeds most etherification and esterification processes. Specialty cotton pulp is supplied in sheet form for processes that feed board-format stock or require a specifically controlled degree of polymerization. We can advise which format fits your line.
Can you match a specific viscosity or α-cellulose target for our process?
Yes — matching a defined specification window is normal practice. Send us your target viscosity (with test method), α-cellulose minimum and any ash or iron limits; we will confirm the matching grade from current production and supply TDS plus sample for line trials.
Do you supply wood pulp, or only cotton-based materials?
We specialize in cotton-linter based refined cotton and cotton pulp. Cotton-based cellulose offers high α-cellulose and long-chain quality that cotton-dependent processes require; for processes where wood pulp is technically acceptable, our team will tell you so honestly rather than overselling.
Quality & COA
Do you provide a COA with every batch?
Yes. Every shipped batch carries a Certificate of Analysis covering viscosity, α-cellulose, ash, iron, moisture, whiteness and the rest of our routine test items. The COA travels with shipping documents and a digital copy is sent to your contact; a blank sample is also available in the Download Center.
Can we arrange SGS or third-party inspection before shipment?
Yes. Third-party inspection at the factory or at port (such as SGS or your nominated surveyor) can be built into the plan. Please raise it at order stage so sampling points and the inspection window align with production and loading.
How do you ensure batch-to-batch consistency?
Quality runs through three checkpoints: incoming control of cotton linter, in-process control of cooking and bleaching every shift, and outgoing control where no batch ships without passing release tests and a COA. Consistent feedstock grade from the Xinjiang cotton region is the foundation under the system.
What quality certificates do you hold?
Our quality management and certification documents are available in the Download Center and as part of supplier audit packages. We only present certificates we actually hold; ask us for the current verified copies and audit documents for your qualification process.
MOQ & Pricing
What is your MOQ?
MOQ depends on grade and packaging route. Contact us for the current minimum quantity for your grade and destination — we regularly support trial quantities for qualification before bulk business.
Do you provide free samples before a bulk order?
Samples are available for qualification testing with matching TDS and batch COA. Sample arrangements and freight are confirmed case by case — contact us with your application and target grade.
How is pricing set?
Pricing follows grade, quantity, trade term and destination. Contact us for current pricing with your target grade, volume and destination port — quotes are issued within 24 work hours and remain valid per the stated period.
Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order?
Send us your grade, quantity, destination port and any spec limits. We confirm the quotation and proforma invoice; on order confirmation, production and export documentation are scheduled and you receive the production and shipping timeline.
What payment methods do you accept?
We commonly work with T/T (telegraphic transfer) and irrevocable L/C (letter of credit). Exact terms are agreed per order based on order size and cooperation history — contact us to confirm the terms available for your order.
What trade terms do you support?
We can quote FOB, CFR or CIF terms to your nominated port, and discuss other incoterms where routing requires. Ask us for a landed comparison so you can evaluate your usual forwarding arrangement against ours.
What is the lead time for production and delivery?
Lead time depends on grade, quantity and shipping schedule; current lead times are confirmed per order at quotation. Contact us with your required delivery date and we will plan production and booking to meet it where possible.
Logistics
Which seaports do you ship from, and can you do CIF to our port?
Goods move from our Manas factory by inland rail or road to major Chinese seaports, then by ocean freight to destinations worldwide. We can quote FOB, CFR or CIF — see our Global Markets pages and tell us your destination port for the current routing.
Do you ship by rail to Russia, CIS or Central Asia?
Yes — rail freight routes are available for Russia, CIS and Central Asian destinations, with rail-border handling arranged by our export team. Tell us your destination city and we will confirm the rail routing and documentation.
How is the product packed for long-distance ocean freight?
Refined cotton is press-packed and wrapped in moisture-resistant woven bales, marked for export identification; sheet pulp is packed per board-format requirements. The full Packing Specifications with bale dimensions and loading reference is in the Download Center.
Which export documents come with the shipment?
Standard documents include commercial invoice, packing list, batch COA and SDS; certificate of origin and additional certificates or inspection documents are prepared as your destination requires. Send your document checklist with the order and we will confirm it before shipment.
